Hi everyone! I've been bodybuilding for about five years now, and I've recently started thinking about how to properly store all my supplements and medications. A couple of times I've experienced amino acids or protein changing flavor or odor, and I'm now worried that it's due to improper storage. Can anyone share any tried and tested tips? I'm especially curious about how to store things like creatine, testosterone, vitamins - well, so that they retain their properties 100%.

Oh, this is all really useful to know! I didn't realize before that even small changes in conditions can affect the effectiveness of supplements. I'll be more careful now, especially with creatine. Do you use any special thermal containers to store your meds or is it not necessary if you just keep them in a cool place?
Yeah, this is a really important topic, especially if you have a large arsenal of supplements. I also had a moment when I didn't store creatine properly and it just “clumped up”. Now I keep all supplements like creatine and BCAAs in dry and dark places - cabinets where there are no temperature fluctuations. But one of the main rules is sealed packaging to avoid moisture.
Now for medications such as testosterone. Testosterone (such as testosterone cypionate) should be stored at room temperature, in a place where sunlight does not enter. But if you have access to professional sources, I recommend looking here: zphc testosterone cypionate 250. It gives specific recommendations on how to store testosterone and what to avoid. I myself try not to leave meds in the bathroom because humidity is their enemy. What storage methods do you use?
