IS THERE ANYTHING HARDER THAN BEING A TEENAGER? Our teens are expected to cope with so many challenges during adolescence - physical changes, social challenges, school pressures and more - no wonder so many feel OVERWHELMED, MISUNDERSTOOD and FRUSTRATED. Our job as parents and caregivers is to ensure they feel VALUED, VALIDATED, SEEN and HEARD. It is essential that we support them in developing the RESILIENCE SKILLS they need to THRIVE. Be You @ The Barn - Teen Empowerment Series does just that! This series of unique programs will help your teen develop her RESILIENCE, find her INNER LEADER, build her CONFIDENCE & SELF-ESTEEM ensuring she THRIVES rather than just survives her teenage years! During this full day workshop with horses your teen will learn communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, all while building confidence and self-esteem. Your teen will learn about mindset, how being present in the moment and journaling supports their wellness. Then they get to practice it all out among the horses. Rounding out the day will be a special activity; Horseshoe Art (July 12), Empowerment Painting (July 19), Jewelry Making (July 26) or Horse Wall Art (August 2). This unique and transformative experience will empower your teen for a lifetime. Cancelation Policy

Refund/Cancellation Policy Cancellations 7 day notice required for a full refund 3 day notice required for a 50% refund Rescheduling Min. 24 hr. notice required if need to reschedule If you need to reschedule due to illness a 12hr notice is appreciated, however we understand life happens please notify us as soon as possible. If you simply do not show up for your scheduled program you are NOT eligible for a refund and you will be charged a $20 reschedule fee if you choose to reschedule.
