At Lazy J Ranch LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional equine-assisted services and strive to ensure the best possible experience for all participants. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. General Policy
• Payments for equine-assisted services are required in advance to secure your spot in the program or session.
• Refunds are considered based on the timing of the cancellation and the specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy
By the Client:
• More than 48 Hours in Advance: If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, a full refund will be issued, or you may choose to reschedule without penalty.
• Less than 48 Hours in Advance: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the session, a refund will not be issued. However, one rescheduling opportunity may be granted at the discretion of the staff.
• No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
By Lazy J Ranch LLC:
• In the event Lazy J Ranch LLC must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, staff availability, or horse health concerns, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Refund Requests
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Lazy J Ranch LLC via email or in person.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
• Gift cards, promotional packages, memberships, and custom merchandise are non-refundable.
• Fees for incomplete or partially attended sessions are not refundable.
5. Rescheduling Policy
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the session. Sessions rescheduled outside this timeframe will depend on availability.
• A session may be rescheduled once without additional charges.
• Subsequent changes will incur a $25.00 administrative fee.
6. Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or rescheduling options will be considered on a case-by-case basis for medical emergencies, family crises, or other extenuating circumstances.
