Cancellation Policy
Lazy J Ranch LLC – Summer Camp Refund & Cancellation Policy: Lazy J Ranch LLC is committed to providing exceptional equine-assisted services and strives to ensure the best possible experience for all participants. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for summer camp programs only. General Policy: Payment for summer camp is required in advance to secure a participant’s spot in a camp session. Refunds are determined based on the timing of cancellation and the conditions outlined below. Cancellation Policy: By the Client: 30 days or more before the start of camp: 100% refund 21–29 days before the start of camp: 75% refund 14–20 days before the start of camp: 50% refund Less than 14 days before the start of camp: No refund No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice. By Lazy J Ranch LLC: If Lazy J Ranch LLC must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances—including inclement weather, staff availability, or horse health concerns—families will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or in person. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
